ABOUT CUMMING LAW
Cumming Law based in Calgary, Alberta is founded and operated by David Cumming.
David is an experienced litigation lawyer, having practiced in the area in Calgary since 2010, and has specialized expertise in the areas of Condominium and Employment Law. After practicing for several years at a large frim within Calgary, David founded Cumming Law and continues to provide clients with exceptional legal advice and direction while offering more personalized, dedicated service at lower rates.

David has extensive experience assisting condominium corporations, owners, and property management companies navigate a myriad of legal issues in the condominium world including governance issues, bylaw enforcement, construction deficiencies, and human rights cases.
Employment Law
David has represented employers and employees on a wide array of legal matters.
Cumming Law can assist in reviewing termination packages and can provide expert representation and advice for legal issues such as termination of employment for just cause, constructive dismissal, and human rights issues.
